Our field agents will always have photographic ID on an Armstrong Nationwide Limited ID card, which also contains their name and our contact details as above.
All of our internal staff and field agents will ensure that you are advised:
Who we are as a business
The name of the lender that has instructed our services
The reason for our contact and what solutions are available
Our field agents operate between the hours of 07:30 and 21:00 (Monday to Friday) and 08:00 to 14:00 (Saturday).
We will not make any attempt to contact you outside of these hours.
